Luca Spogli, is researcher at Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia. He is experienced in investigating and modeling the ionospheric turbulence involved in the dynamics of the irregularities leading to ionospheric scintillations over different geographic areas with in‐situ satellite measurements and GNSS signal receivers. He is also expert in data analysis and data treatment techniques. Within SAFE he is involved in WP3000 and he is in charge for the analysis of the SWARM and GNSS ionospheric data.
